I had the privilege of handling Spurgeon's original books a couple years ago while visiting Midwestern Theological Seminary. I didn't have to turn but a couple pages in one of his works to realize his desire for the glory of God. A title page from a book he owned, that was written from another author, had the name of the author scribbled out with the word "heretic" beside it. This definitely was a man who was not ashamed to stand for the truth of God!
Today I found a video meant to raise support to make a documentary on Spurgeon. The end product will be released to the public for free on YouTube.
